WELCOME We offer accommodations to suit every type of tourist, from budget and standard to luxury class of accommodation and services. CONFIRMATION We normally confirm request bookings within a few hours according to our availability. However, bookings that are make weekends and public holidays can take up to 24 hours. Please call us or send email to us, if you require instant confirmation. PAYMENT POLICY 10% deposit payable on confirmation of booking. (Deposit non refundable). Balance on arrival must be paid directly to the accommodation. Credit card imprint and identification may be required against any expenses incurred while staying at accommodation provider/or unforeseen expenses with a services operator.
CANCELLATION POLICY In the case of accommodation/services providers, 48 hours notice must be given. Deposit paid is non refundable. If cancelled within 48 hours period, one night accommodation will be taken against credit card given.
CHILD POLICY Children are welcomed in most properties and sometimes free with existing bedding. |
